Welcome to Manifest Your Excellence. By participating in coaching services with me, Adrianne Rickson, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read this disclaimer carefully before beginning our work together.

1. The Nature of Coaching

At Manifest Your Excellence, coaching is a loving, empowering, and forward-focused process designed to support emotional healing, personal growth, and inner transformation. My work especially supports grieving mothers as they navigate life after unimaginable loss. Coaching is not counseling, therapy, or medical treatment. It is not intended to replace the care of licensed healthcare professionals.

2. I Am Not a Licensed Therapist or Healthcare Provider

I, Adrianne Rickson, am not a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, or medical doctor. I do not diagnose or treat physical or mental health conditions. If you are struggling with trauma, severe depression, anxiety, or mental illness, I strongly encourage you to seek support from a qualified mental health professional.

If you are in crisis, please call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).

3. Coaching Within New York State

Coaching is not regulated by New York State in the same manner as licensed therapy or psychological services. While I follow a strong ethical foundation, the services I provide are not governed by clinical licensing boards. My role is to guide, empower, and support—not diagnose, treat, or cure.

4. Confidentiality

I treat all personal information shared in coaching sessions with compassion and respect. Your confidentiality is a priority. I will not share your information without your written consent, except when legally required (e.g., risk of harm, suspected abuse, court order).

Please note: Digital communication (email, text, video) may carry security risks. By choosing to communicate digitally, you acknowledge and accept those risks.

5. Client Responsibility

You understand and agree that you are responsible for your own decisions, choices, and outcomes. Coaching requires active participation, personal insight, and emotional honesty. You recognize that coaching does not guarantee specific results, and you are solely responsible for the outcomes of any decisions or changes you choose to make.

6. No Guarantees

I do not promise or guarantee any particular outcome from coaching services. Your experience depends on your unique circumstances, level of commitment, and individual healing process.

7. Informed Consent

By using this website or engaging in coaching sessions with me, you are acknowledging that you understand the nature of coaching and accept the terms outlined in this disclaimer.

8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement

In the unlikely event of a dispute between you (the client) and me (Adrianne Rickson, Manifest Your Excellence), we both agree to resolve the matter privately and amicably whenever possible. If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to your coaching services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

• The arbitration shall take place in New York State, unless both parties agree to a different location or to conduct it virtually.
• The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered thereon in any court of competent jurisdiction.
• Each party shall be responsible for their own legal fees and costs, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
• By agreeing to arbitration, both parties waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

This clause shall survive the termination of the coaching relationship and shall apply to all matters arising under or related to coaching services.
